We take the safety of the public, our staff and anyone we work with, very seriously. COD Services has the necessary insurances to ensure that, in the unlikely event of an accident, ourselves, our staff and our clients are covered for any situation.

Legislative Requirements
We are committed to the NSW Security and Services Industries. Each and every member of the COD Services team adhere to all regulatory requirements, with particular regard to the Workcover Authority of NSW, the Work, Health and Safety Act 2011 and all relevant legislative requirements pertaining to the scope of our service provision.
As such, we maintain copies and detailed policies relating to the following legislation’s:
- NSW Security Industry Act 1997
- NSW Security Industry Regulation 2016
- NSW Security Industry Codes of Practice
- Work Health and Safety Act 2011
- The Enclosed Lands Protection Act 1901
- Law Enforcement (Powers and Responsibilities) Act 2002
- NSW Surveillance Devices Act 2005
- NSW Privacy and Personal Information Protection Act 1998
At COD Services, we believe that our greatest asset is our staff. As such we have in place an annual training policy that applies to all staff. This ensures that the skills and knowledge of staff relating to the scope of our company’s service provisions are maintained to current held industry standards.
